Parentela International emerges from more than 50 years of success in the event and catering business in the GTA. After years of growth, an expanding multi-generational client base and over 100,000 successful events and millions of guests; the next step in the evolution is to extend our brand’s depth.
Our resume includes Gran Sasso Social Catering in the sixties, La Stella Banquet Hall in the seventies and then Château Le Jardin Event Venue in the eighties.
In the 2000s we took over Hunters’ Glen Golf Club Food & Beverage division, then launched private box catering at the Hershey Centre and managed Iceland Sports Bar, both on behalf of the City of Mississauga and Don Cherry of the Mississauga Ice Dogs.

In 2010 we founded and operated Yo Amo Tacos Bar ‘n Grill in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and in 2012 in Toronto, Canada.
In addition, we managed The Capitol Event Theatre in Toronto.
We also founded Toronto’s Bridal Show that was held annually at Direct Energy Centre at Exhibition Place, Toronto.
Executive Producer and Creator of Last Bride Standing Contest and TV Show.
We have an extensive repertoire and expertise in the event industry in Toronto.
Our next evolution is Hotel Vie adjacent to the 3,000 weekly guests at Château Le Jardin Event Venue in Vaughan and minutes from Pearson International Airport.

Yo Amo Tacos was opened in Playa del Carmen by Carlo Parentela in 2012 and has flourished to be one of the top 15 restaurants out of 1,000 in Playa del Carmen.

The concept has since been introduced to Canada.

This will be a standalone restaurant adjacent to the hotel. It’s designed as a franchise opportunity for future expansion.

La Cave de Teresa is a kitchen facility located in the lower level of the Hotel and will prep the basic ingredients for Château Le Jardin Event Venue, CLJ Restaurant, Marché de Joe, Club de Vin and Le Terrasse Rooftop Pool. It will produce the tomato sauce, gravies, salad dressings, coffee roastery, marinated and pickled vegetables, bottled olive oil, fresh cheeses, such as mozzarella & ricotta, as well as bottled water, baked pastries and fresh bread for the event venue & restaurants as well as for sale in the Marché de Joe headed by Chef Saucier and Pastry Chef. All cooking will be coordinated by the Executive Chef and each respective kitchen by its own Chef.

CLUB DE VIN PRIVATE MEMBERS ONLY WINE CLUB

It used to be that private wine clubs were hushed spaces reserved for stuffy collectors. But today’s clubs are centres of buzzy mingling as well as wine-soaked adventure.
Le Club de Vin is a private club for people who collect wine and special spirits, and like to entertain or do business with bottles from their own collections – so much more personal than choosing off a list at a restaurant.

Members enjoy their own private locker in our state-of-the-art climate controlled cellar, and a beautiful fully appointed lounge to properly engage friends and clients with the storied bottles they’ve collected. Two private dining rooms are available to members to reserve to host intimate dining experiences or serious business meetings at no charge to members.
Le Club de Vin is building wine collections, relationships and business, and doing it better within the new Hotel Vie by Marriott adjacent to Château Le Jardin Event Venue.
